Waltco Development was built on a foundation of excellence. For over 30 years, our team has been deeply embedded in the high-end residential and commercial construction market — working on luxury homes, upscale apartment buildings, condominiums, and premium commercial properties across Los Angeles.
Our expertise spans the full spectrum of construction: from architectural design and entitlements, to ground-up builds, to highly specific trades like custom hardwood flooring, bespoke kitchen and bath remodels, and precision cabinetry. With over 40 years of experience in the high-end construction market, Walter Contreras Sr. founded Waltco Development on a simple principle: build it right, the first time. His career spans luxury residential homes, high-rise condominiums, apartment complexes, and premium commercial builds across Los Angeles. Walter leads every project with hands-on involvement and an uncompromising standard of quality.
Ricky Contreras
Project Manager
Ricky brings precision and dedication to every project he manages. Trained under Walter Sr. from the ground up, Ricky oversees day-to-day site operations, subcontractor coordination, and quality control — ensuring every build meets Waltco's high standards on time and on budget.
Walter Contreras Jr.
Office & Project Manager
Walter Jr. manages Waltco's office operations and client communications while also stepping in on active projects. He bridges the gap between the field and the office — keeping clients informed, schedules tight, and contracts organized from initial estimate to final delivery.
